A consolidated digital platform is being created in Russia that integrates lean manufacturing and digitalization practices. This was stated by the first Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Andrey Belousov at a meeting of the Council for strategic development and national projects. The meeting was attended by Russian Minister of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov.

The first Deputy Prime Minister noted that the country has already accumulated experience in implementing the practice of lean production. A network of consulting services has already been established that accumulates and distributes best practices in this area. The system's efficiency target is 5 thousand large user enterprises (10% of the number of large enterprises in Russia).

"It is also planned to integrate digital tools to the platform, which will increase labor productivity through digitalization. This is the so-called RP system (logistics Requirements Planning), that is, the digitalization of the procurement, logistics and "back office" of the company. This includes digitalization of the product lifecycle and business information, access to platforms for promoting products to the market, and so on. The work is just beginning, " Andrey Belousov stated.

As noted earlier by the Russian Minister of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov, the post-crisis economy will increasingly rely on a remote format of work, which will give an impetus to the digitalization of Russian companies. For this purpose, the National project "Labor Productivity and Employment Support" develops new approaches to the work of experts, including the use of virtual reality technologies.
