The rules for providing soft loans for working capital replenishment to systemically important enterprises should be relaxed. On June 30 this was stated by the Minister of economic development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov on the air of the program "Right to justice" on Channel One.

"Yes, we agree that the criteria for revenue should be relaxed (for example, a drop of -30%)," Reshetnikov said.

At the same time, he noted that the Ministry will not give up the position on the need for such restrictions, as it operates on dividends, as it considers this approach to be correct.

"Everyone wants to come for state support, but they also want to pay dividends. It is difficult to do both things at once," the head of the Ministry noted.
