Many companies that changed employees to remote work during the period of restrictions due to the pandemic will not return to standard forms of work, so it is necessary to promptly adopt amendments to the legislation on remote employment. This was announced during a meeting with the President of Russia, first Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Andrey Belousov.
"The third lesson that we have learned (we have been talking about this the previous year, but only now we have come to it) is to resolve the issue of remote employment and especially mixed forms of employment," the first Deputy Prime Minister said. "We are well aware that now many businesses and companies will not return to the usual forms of remote employment," he stated. - We have this area most poorly regulated in the regulatory plan". According to Andrey Belousov, "quite large changes should be made to the labor legislation" of the Russian Federation.
"We are currently discussing the issue of where the boundaries of the use of civil law relations are. These are all issues that are quite complex. However, we need to decide quickly, because what we have just seen is a cutting edge, an advanced direction in which the processes have started to develop," the first Deputy Prime Minister concluded.
