On July 20, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development held a meeting of the Sub-Commission on customs, tariff and non-tariff regulation and protective measures in foreign trade of the Government Commission for Economic Development and Integration.
As a result of the meeting, it was considered expedient to simplify the import of magnetic resonance imaging by canceling the requirements for obtaining licenses for the import of appropriate equipment.
It also approved the zeroing of import duties on attraction equipment not produced in Russia, offset plates used in printing, and viscose fibers used, among other things, for the production of personal protective equipment.
In addition, the amount of tariff quotas for the supply of cattle meat, poultry, whey and long-grain rice originating from the Republic of Vietnam for 2021 has been approved.
