The total amount of loans restructured within the framework of the Ministry of Economic Development programs for small and medium-sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs and citizens amounted to about 238 billion rubles. Of these, more than 146 billion rubles are for SMEs (17 billion rubles for restructuring under credit deferrals and about 129 billion rubles for restructuring under the provision of "credit holidays"). The number of approved restructurings on loans for sole proprietors and individuals has reached about 210 thousand, and the amount of the restructured debts has amounted to more than 91 billion rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Ministry of Economic Development.

In addition, within the framework of preferential lending programs developed by the Ministry of Economic Development, entrepreneurs, as well as non-profit organizations, have signed loan agreements worth more than 1 trillion rubles. Of these, more than 98 billion are loan agreements under the payroll loan program at 0% (more than 38 thousand loan agreements), and about 388 billion are under the loan program at 2% with the possibility of write – off (about 174.6 thousand loan agreements).

In addition, the program of subsidizing loans to small and medium-sized businesses at 8.5% was adapted to the crisis conditions (within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative"). The requirement to the borrower on the absence of debt on taxes and fees and wages was excluded. Restrictions on the maximum amount of credit agreements for refinancing were lifted. These changes made it possible to conclude more than 9 thousand contracts worth more than 637 billion rubles under the program, for which more than 552 billion rubles have already been allocated.
