"We are now at the stage of awareness, processing and adaptation of national projects and take into account the experience and the pandemic. The main ideology is answers to questions about what exactly the final beneficiary will get, how many small and medium-sized businesses have access to infrastructure, how many have used credit programs, as well as a complete departure from the control of process things." This was stated by Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova at the business forum "Energy of Opportunities" on Thursday, September 3. "We suggest evaluating our efforts based on concrete results," said Tatyana Ilyushnikova.

It is worth noting that the adaptation of national projects is carried out in accordance with the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin "on national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030". The national SME project will be adjusted by October 2020.

Currently, active work is underway to create socially significant results that will become the new foundation of the national project to support SMEs: a comprehensive acceleration system (financial and tax tools to support SMEs, infrastructure for comfortable work and development, access to purchases from major customers); pre-acceleration; favorable conditions for self-employed citizens to carry out activities; a digital platform with a mechanism for targeted selection of support measures.

 "The key role is to create a platform solution with the ability to connect and interact with both commercial and government services," said Tatyana Ilyushnikova. "We have to help and suggest to small and medium-sized businesses what niches they could go to, what support measures are relevant based on their business cycle of development, with information from available sources and the information that they themselves will provide."
