The Russian Government has approved the extension of the Federal Target Program "Social and Eonomic Development of the Republic of Crimea and Sebastopol" until 2024.
The document provides for simplification of the mechanism for bringing Federal budget funds to the Federal Target Program.
The financing will be carried out on the basis of an order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The document will approve the targeted distribution of subsidies for the objects and activities of the program implemented by the Republic of Crimea and Sebastopol.
The amount of Federal Target Program funding in 2020 - 2024 has been increased by 296.1 billion rubles to 588.2 billion rubles.
The point at issue is the development of the social and transport sphere. The completion of the implementation in Sebastopol of such objects as a multidisciplinary medical and diagnostic building of an oncological dispensary and an emergency hospital, the construction of a city infectious diseases hospital, which will create an advanced medical cluster are among them.
It is planned to build and reconstruct highways, including roads bypassing Simferopol with a total cost of almost 32 billion, and develop engineering infrastructure and water supply. It provides for the construction of a number of infrastructure facilities necessary for the life support and development of the Peninsula - water supply networks, including the water supply route to the cities of Feodosia and Kerch, the reconstruction of a number of treatment facilities on the Peninsula, the construction of large power grid facilities.
