In 1990 graduated from the A.D. Shvetsov Aviation Technical School with a specialization in Aviation Engines, in 1995 from Perm State Technical University with a degree in Aviation Engines and Power Plants, and in 2000 from Perm State University with a degree in Economic Theory.
