Born in 1972.

He has three higher education degrees. In 1996 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in physics, in 1998 from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in law, and in 2001 from the All-Russia State Tax Academy with a degree in finance and credit.

1998 – 2000: worked at the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation No. 40 for Moscow.

2000 – 2002: held various positions at the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation.

2002 – 2005: Head of the Directorate of Credit Organizations of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation.

2005 – 2008: Head of the Directorate of the Federal Tax Service for Arkhangelsk region and Nenets Autonomous District.

2008 – 2009: Head of the Directorate of the Federal Tax Service for Stavropol Krai.

2009 – 2010: Deputy Head of the Directorate of Informatization of the Federal Tax Service.

2010 – 2011: Head of the Directorate of the Federal Tax Service for Pskov region.

2011 – 2014: Head of the Directorate of Transfer Pricing and International Cooperation of the Federal Tax Service.

2014 – 2018: Head of the Directorate of Standards and International Cooperation of the Federal Tax Service.

2018 – 2019: Head of the Directorate of International Cooperation and Foreign Exchange Control of the Federal Tax Service.

2019 – 2021: Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service.

On March 16, 2021, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

He has a class rank: Counsellor of State of the Russian Federation, 1st class.
